Please note the ticket needs to be entered on a different area, than any other codes. Please go to http://www.moshimember.com. Sign into your Moshi Monsters account (if you haven’t already), and then type your Golden Ticket code into the box where it says “Enter your code here”. Click the blue “Activate!” button and that’s all there is to it!
We're sure this will fix the problem but if it doesn't just email email@example.com and type 'I have a Golden Ticket problem' in the subject line of your email. It would also really help if you could let us know your Monster Owner name.
