I got an error message when I tried to redeem my Golden Ticket!

We're sorry your having trouble. 
Please note the ticket needs to be entered on a different area, than any other codes. Please go to Sign into your Moshi Monsters account (if you haven’t already), and then type your Golden Ticket code into the box where it says “Enter your code here”. Click the blue “Activate!” button and that’s all there is to it!
We're sure this will fix the problem but if it doesn't just email and type 'I have a Golden Ticket problem' in the subject line of your email. It would also really help if you could let us know your Monster Owner name.
